Public Transport Timisoara: Real-Time Vehicle Arrival Times
Public Transport Timisoara is a dedicated transportation app that provides real-time vehicle arrival times for Timișoara's local public transport system (STPT). This app connects directly to the STPT servers, using the real-time GPS tracking units installed on all public transport vehicles, including trams, buses, and trolleybuses. With a simple and intuitive interface, users can easily browse and access arrival times.
The app displays arrival times in two formats: "N min" for the live time obtained via GPS until the vehicle arrives at the station, and "HH:MM" for the scheduled vehicle arrival time. The scheduled time is commonly shown when the vehicle has not yet left the end station.
Public Transport Timisoara is designed to be user-friendly and does not require GPS activation on your device, saving battery life. It provides up-to-date information and includes all the stations in Timișoara and the surrounding metropolitan areas. Additionally, users can add routes to their favorites for quick access.
Please note that an internet connection is required to download live times, as offline mode is not currently available.
